Abra a página Attendance e escolha uma data
No menu esquerdo, clique em Attendance.
A página abre em today por padrão. Use o seletor de data no canto superior direito para navegar para outro dia, ou clique em Today para voltar à data atual.
Set Early check-in window to how many minutes before a class starts the kiosk should open it.
Set Default late cut-off to how many minutes after a class starts the kiosk should stop accepting check-ins.
Set PIN length to 4, 5, or 6 digits, and Return to kiosk after to how many idle seconds clear a partly typed PIN.
Nota
A página Attendance busca suas aulas na página **Schedule**, então lista automaticamente todas as aulas agendadas para a data selecionada.
Filtre por local
A lista de aulas exibe todas as aulas da data selecionada.
Se sua academia tiver mais de um cronograma, abra o menu All Locations e escolha um local para exibir apenas as aulas daquele local.

Abra a página de auto check-in para uma aula
Na aula desejada — por exemplo, Open Mat (15+) —, clique no botão mais à direita no cartão da aula (ícone de pessoa fazendo check-in).
Isso abre uma página de auto check-in dedicada para aquela aula na data selecionada.
You can also assign PINs in bulk through a CSV import.
Atenção
Use o botão de ícone mais à direita, não o botão laranja **Student Check-ins**. **Student Check-ins** é um recurso diferente (auto check-in remoto) e está abordado em um guia separado.
Configure o dispositivo para os alunos
Abra esta página em um computador ou tablet e deixe-o na recepção ou na entrada da aula.
Os alunos usarão este único dispositivo para fazer check-in ao chegar, sem que você precise marcar presença manualmente.
Leave that page open on the iPad or computer at your front desk or mat entrance.
Nota
O painel **Checked In** é atualizado automaticamente (a cada 10 segundos aproximadamente), para que você possa acompanhar as chegadas em tempo real.
Os alunos localizam o nome e fazem check-in
O aluno digita o nome no campo Select student... e se escolhe na lista.
Ele clica em Check In. Uma confirmação verde aparece e o nome vai para a lista Checked In com um horário.
O campo é limpo automaticamente para que o próximo aluno possa fazer check-in no mesmo dispositivo.
The banner beside the dropdown shows when check-in opens and closes for the selected class.
Students check in by PIN or by name
On the PIN tab, a student taps their digits on the keypad and the kiosk advances as soon as the last digit lands.
On the Name tab, a student opens Select student..., types part of their name, and picks themselves from the list.
Either route shows a confirmation card with their name and class, where they tap Yes, check me in or Not me.
A green You're in screen confirms the check-in, then the kiosk resets for the next student.
The Checked In panel lists everyone who has checked in, whether they used a PIN or their name, and when. It refreshes about every 10 seconds.
Dica
Outside the check-in window the button reads **Not open yet** and the keypad is disabled, so nobody checks in early or late by accident.
Override the cut-off for a single class
Open Schedule, click the class, then click Edit Class.
Under Self-Check-In Cut-Off, clear Use academy default.
Enter the minutes after start time that this class should stop accepting check-ins.
Kmura shows the exact closing time as you type.
Dica
Use this for classes that run on a different rhythm, like an open mat where late arrivals are fine.
