Program name. Kmura Account Notifications.

Program description. When you opt in to SMS notifications inside your Kmura account, Kmura Inc. ("Kmura") will send SMS text messages to the mobile phone number you provide. Messages relate to your Kmura account and may include billing receipts and invoices, payment reminders, account and security alerts, login and security verification codes, product and feature announcements, customer support replies, and occasional informational messages about new Kmura offerings.

Who the Program Is For

The SMS program is for authenticated Kmura users — specifically academy owners, instructors, and authorized staff — who have created an account at kmura.com and explicitly opted in to SMS in their account settings. Kmura does not send marketing SMS to the general public.

Opt-In

Opt-in is performed inside the Kmura web application at Account Settings > Notifications. You must toggle SMS Notifications on AND check the consent box. Consent, consent language version, phone number, and timestamp are recorded in your account.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the notification types you enable. Typical volume is 0 to 15 messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Kmura does not charge you for SMS, but your mobile carrier may. Check with your carrier for details.

Supported Carriers

All major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and most MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any Kmura SMS. You can also disable SMS in Account Settings > Notifications. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS unless you opt in again.

Privacy

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Full details at https://kmura.com/privacy.

Changes

Kmura may update these SMS Terms at any time. Continued use of SMS after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or SMS.
